File Russian diplomat who injured a student in the capital will be transferred to Russia

District 3 Magistrate Court Friday admitted prosecutors' request to send the file to the Russian Federation Alexander Evsyukov diplomat accused of injury after a young woman injured pedestrian crossing in the capital.



The court decided to transfer the file, followed the Russian authorities to pursue investigations against Alexandr Evsyukov, personal injury negligence and refusal biological sampling.

The court's decision can be appealed within five days.

An accident which involved a car belonging to the Russian Embassy in Romania and resulted in injury to a student occurred on October 21, Blvd. Camille Ressu the capital, at the intersection with the street Ilioara. Young age 16 to 17 years was transported to the Emergency Hospital "Bagdasar-Arseni" where is admitted.

The driver, Alexander Evsyukov, refused to be collected biological samples, he having diplomatic immunity.

On October 21, Russian Ambassador in Bucharest, Oleg Malghinov, said the diplomat involved in road accident ceases office in Romania and Russia will be recalled immediately.

Prosecutors of the next three District Court judges have requested the file transfer to the Russian Federation the accident, while the diplomat had immunity
